Airport Limo Plus ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book or inquire about our limousine and airport transfer services, and how we use it.
When you book a trip or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, flight details, and any notes you provide about your trip. Payment details are processed by our payment providers (Interac e-Transfer or card payment link); we do not store full card numbers.
We use your information only to provide and manage your transportation service: confirming bookings, dispatching your chauffeur, tracking your flight, communicating about your trip, and issuing invoices and receipts. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your trip details are shared only with the chauffeur or partner operator assigned to your booking, and only to the extent needed to complete your trip.
We keep booking records for accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.
