Terms of Service

These terms apply to transportation services provided by Airport Limo Plus. By booking with us, you agree to the following.

Bookings and rates

Rates are quoted per vehicle, not per passenger, and are confirmed at the time of booking. Quoted rates include the items stated in your confirmation; highway tolls (including Highway 407), extra stops, and waiting time beyond any included grace period may be charged additionally where stated. HST (13%) applies where applicable.

Airport pickups

For Toronto Pearson pickups, please book in advance. We track your flight and adjust pickup timing for delays at no extra charge. Meet-and-greet service inside the terminal is available as an add-on when booked in advance.

Cancellations and changes

Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking. Cancellation terms for your specific booking are confirmed at the time of reservation.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle interior caused during their trip. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will make reasonable efforts to return anything found.

Service and liability

We carry $2M commercial liability insurance per trip. While we make every reasonable effort to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
